Suki Rae releases new CD, Can't Stop Now!

I had the pleasure of working with the lovely flutist, Suki Rae on her upcoming CD project, Can't Stop Now last fall. I am one of the featured background singers and I have a solo performance of her song called Waiting for the Light to Shine on the CD. 

I'm so excited to announce  she is releasing her CD on at The Side Walk Cafe on Sunday, April 22nd! at 6:30 pm.

Later that evening,  I will present a soulful set with my trio, The Benita Charles Trio for a soulful set of smooth R&B and original music at 9 pm! During my set, I will share new music from my upcoming Lessons EP and old favorites from Moments In Love CD with my band: Peter Archer (guitar) and Cheo (percussion).

On Sunday, June 25, 2017, the Preachermann and the Revival Band gave a soul stirring performance for eager fans awaiting the concert on the beach.  The 10-piece band delivered on an entertaining and uplifting show.  After the show, one fan thanked us for bringing him and his family joy!!
