A special thanks to all who attended The Soul of the City Concert Series last night at The Sugar Bar!! It was a great night of live music and entertainment. 

I'd like to thank all the artists who performed last night and gave it their all.  A special thanks to JayMor, Aston Martin, Chellz, Sydney Gabrielle, Daylan Knight, and Geetah Fairwood. The host Cream was great and DJ Moe Chandon was great with the music!

A special thanks to Ed Holley, Joel Parker, Andre Craig Martin and all the new friends I met in the evening for your attendance and support! Last, but certainly not least, the audience was the best.  They were warm and inviting and they had a great time.  The ultimate compliment for any artist!

I am so grateful to the gift of music.  It heals the world and makes people happy. It doesn't get any better than that! Oh what a night. It was awesome!!

Remembering Joan Rivers

I was so saddened to hear the news that funny lady, Joan Rivers passed away yesterday. She was truly a comic icon and will always be remembered for her quick wit and biting humor. It was always joy to see her in action. She wasn't afraid to laugh at herself and about her age. She was so incredibly funny! My thoughts and prayers are with her family and friends. May God rest her soul. #RIPJoan

PREACHERMANN & THE REVIVAL

On Friday, September 19rh, Preachermann & The Revival returns to the legendary Shrine in Harlem on Friday, February 19th for a soulful set of atomic soul. (As always, no cover.)
