Benita Charles & Friends Holiday Show/Toy Drive 2012

Dear Friends:

Happy Holidays!  The holiday season is upon us and I hope you have a delightful and joyous season!

In celebration of the holiday, I am presenting my fourth annual Toys for Tots benefit concert next Sunday, December 16th at Bar Thalia - Symphony Space at 8:00 pm.

I hope you can join me at my show, the Benita Charles & Friends Holiday Show/Toy Drive 2012 for a special holiday celebration. Please bring and unwrapped toy for a deserving boy and girl.

This year it was especially important for me to do this show because there were so many children affected by Hurricane Sandy that will not have a good Christmas.  The Marine Corps are dedicated to help those victims through their Toys for Tots charity. Let us help the children have a wonderful Christmas and make this the best toy drive ever!! Your gift will make a huge difference in a child that has lost everything. Thanks so much for your kindness!

The Toys for Tots program is dedicated to helping less fortunate children throughout the New York area experience the joy of the holiday season. At the concert, I will be singing some holiday favorites, some of my favorite cover songs and original music. Also on the show, Christi Gehrisch will sing some of her favorites songs to add to the festive occasion.
