On Sunday, February 16, 2014, New York vocalist, Benita Charles celebrates love in her one-woman show, "Moments In Love!"

Ms. Charles will sing from selections of her debut CD, "Moments In Love: Volume 1" as well as other favorites as she explores the various aspects of love. The show will feature her band, The Benita Charles & Friends Band.

Bring your valentine and join us for an evening of love, music, entertainment, great food and great friends. If you don't have a valentine, come to the show. Who knows? You just might find your special valentine!

Preachermann and the Revival competes in 2014 Battle of the Boroughs - 2/7/14

Great news!! Preachermann and The Revival was chosen to compete in the fifth annual Battle of the Boroughs (Manhattan competition), the citywide band competition hosted by The Greene Space!

PATR will compete against several Manhattan-based bands in the annual competition on Friday February 7th live in The Greene Space. The show will be emceed by WQXR's Terrance McKnight. The five borough winners, determined by audience vote, will be sent to the Ultimate Battle on June 27.

First performance of 2014: Shrine on Jan 17th

Happy 2014! I hope the new year is treating you well. So far so good! I always enjoy this time of the year. It's a time for new beginnings and as Oprah said: "Cheers to a new year and another chance for us to get it right." Best wishes with your New Year's Resolution!

My first performance of the new year is with Preachermann & The Revival at the legendary Shrine in Harlem on Friday, January 17th at 10:00 pm. Start the new year right with atomic soul. Get up in the water and get wet. Let the music set you free! You have to see it to believe it. I would love to see you there!
