September Concert 2010

September Concert 2010 was a huge success! This year the concert was expanded from only on September 11th to Sept 10 - 12, 2010.

The September Concert Jammers had 3 performances scheduled for the event.

On Friday, September 10th, the Jammers performed to a packed house at the Greenwich Village Bistro in the heart of Greenwich Village in NYC. We always have a great time at the Bistro and crowd was warm and inviting. By the time I sang my original song "The Freedom Song" (which was inspired by the events of 9/11/01), the crowd was really into the music!

Saturday afternoon on Sept 10th, the Jammers performed at the New York Public Library to an enthusiastic crowd. They were more subdued than the Bistro crowd but nonetheless they really enjoyed themselves.

Later that evening, the Jammers closed out the September Concert gala event at the Atrium with songs of love, hope & triumph! It was a wonderful affair.

The September Concert Jammers rocked the Bistro, NY Public Library & the Sept Concert gala this past weekend! I had so much fun filling the air with music for Sept Concert 2010!! :)

Disco Nights!

On Sunday, September 5th, I had the pleasure of performing on Long Island for a Labor Day party. This year's theme was disco.

I had so much fun presenting my Moments in Love show (disco style). I even had the Diana Ross/Donna Summer look. I looked sparkily for disco night! :)

The audience loved the show so much that by the last song, they were dancing in the isles to "We Are Family!" It was such a hugh compliment to see the audience enjoy themselves so much! I did my job.

I received so many wonderful compliments about my performance and my voice. I even signed an autograph!

Just when I think about giving up and get discouraged, God always validate my talents and encourages me to strive for greatness. I know I will make it and the world will hear my music!

It was the jump start that I needed to press on and keep making beautiful music. They really loved my original song "We Can Make A Difference!"

It was such a high and I'm still floating.

Thanks for listening.

Much Love,

Benita Charles Music
